I have no idea what it is you are making, but I want one of those machines . . .

And for the low, low price of only $332,000, a DMG/Mori NH4000 just like that one can be yours.

Mind you, bare bones the thing is like $200k, but add the 180 tool hive, through spindle coolant, synchronized pallet rotation, part probe, tool length measurement, in-hive tool breakage detection, 15k spindle... all of which are ruinously expensive. Jesus, the ethernet port alone is a $2k option.

Much better to rent!

I don't. Turns out, shooting in-machine videos well is sorta hard. On top of that, most of our parts have been previously made on Citizen swiss lathes where the internal space is very very cramped and the parts are literally flooded with blood red oil while they run.

I'll put it this way; I read this forum. I pay astute attention to what everyone complains about with current slings. The Loop 3 is designed to answer 99% of those issues. Bulletproof reliability, a totally stabilized camera when down, super comfortable and no worries about stuff releasing accidentally while still being quick on/off your camera.

I have to say, after getting my Luma (v2), my Crumpler strap has not left my drawer.

With that, I cannot wait to see what v3 has to offer.

I FINALLY got a Cinch mk1 and I LOVE it! I've had the Cinch 2 since it was released. I pre-ordered it and was probably among the first to receive it. It's great and all...

But that pull tab and shiny metal on the Cinch mk1...yum!

I've still been meaning to order the shorter straps for my Cinch 2.

graats!! I love the c1 :D

The Loop... Patents exist as monuments to stupidity to be engineered around and improved upon.
