So, with all the hard work and endless nights captioning and transmitting, I'm happy to say that I've signed with Getty Images sports division.

Just shows that with luck and hard work anything is possible.

Actually, I think it is more like 95% give credit where it's due and 127% making things happen for yourself. But these numbers might be a bit off as they seem to overlap quite a bit.

Thanks guys, sorry they've been keeping me busy on my first assignment.

I wouldn't say it's 70% luck. You still need to have a solid portfolio and be able to churn out those types of photos really quickly. Not only that, but you need to make sure you get "THE" shot.
