found a new spot, thanks to a friend. Unfortunately, couldn't stay for the better light, but snaffled these and am happy enough. Can't wait to go back again, later in the day.

Can't wait to see your next set ![]() thanks jo, will be a while, as it is an hour and a half from me, and i have been a bit busy. Plus isn't full migratory season yet, so I feel I have some time up my sleeve. Joe52 wrote in post #14873505 Three fantastic shots Tina, looks like a great spot, did you use a ground pod for these? thanks Joe, and yes, I did. But I put on my ballhead, and should have used the gimbal. Could have used a riser with the pod as well, as I felt a bit too close to the ground, and in some shots, the small mangrove roots were a problem. 2slo wrote in post #14873716 Three excellent shots Tina, very impressive. thanks Mark feral1 wrote in post #14873808 Nice captures Tina, always good to get these birds.
