Just a dress? Didn't you have to by jewelry as well to compensate for all your 'Photographic Expenditures' of late?

Nice shot of the two of you Dan.

Nice dress there with that Christmassy pattern, and the party hair do looks good too. Hope your party was great. Merry Christmas and all the best. :)

---------Sharp, clear and well composed!---------
Sharp, clear, facial shadows/lighting very neatly done... I agree.

But IMHO it could be improved...
+ The hair do is lost in the tree background and the pic would be better if they had swapped places.
+ The background is way to similar to the skintones. PP work.
+ The blue tie draws away the eye/distracts. PP work there.
+ Diffuser needed to kill off the shadow behind Dan.

Nice shot. Hope you had a great time. And as Jim said, hopefully you're keeping her in new dresses and jewelry to offset those "L" lenses.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I actually handed my camera to my Father-inlaw and he took the pic on "Auto" useing the 24-70 and the 430ex.
I baught her a nice leather winter jacket for Christmas so I hope thats better than the jewellery. ;)
