I think when you've posted close to 16,000 posts you can pretty much do what you want. Of course I also understand that his photos now cannot be larger than 100x100 pixels

Aw, put it back. I liked the big one!

I had made a picture of Henry (the bird) with a santa hat, but I tried and tried, and for the life of me couldn't get it under 8kb. Darn it all!

I'll keep that in mind when I get to 16,000, probably sometime in the year 2015.

PFt..I'd give anything to have a larger file size limit for mine. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the file sizes (unless the image was 0 quality and about 25x25) anywhere near 8kb, and I have no idea why.

Size your image to 80 X 80 and then save for web. You should end up with a GIF file that will easily fit.

:-D Done. Thanks Tom.

Yes, I stole the idea from Scottes. My mom snapped when she saw a big version of this shot. She laughed hysterically, and then said "WAIT, YOU MEAN YOU PUT A HAT ON HIS HEAD??!?! TELL ME YOU DIDN'T!" She thought I really put one on his head and took a shot.

By the way, Scottes, I think I may have found the same hat picture on yahoo...lol. I just noticed that. I got rid of some though so it wouldn't cover up his eye, and it would all fit in the shot.

Yeah, good idea. Since you copy-catted my hat I guess I can copy-cat your trim. :-)

The wofl's ears may still be a problem. Henry doesn't have ears.
