This is Cr399 Brocchi's Cluster or the Coathanger asterism due to it's distinctive shape. It's in the constellation Vulpecula.

No you didn't mention that and Yes there is a planetary neb for sure and i scanned the whole shot and missed that . That is PK 55+ 2.1 . It's in Vulpecula constellation . Hard to find except at medium to high power with a neb filter . Other than that it shows nicely in a long exposure image .
