I love the Canon 100mm Macro but I am a novice! I am trying hard to improve. In this photo DOF is very shallow but It was hand held so I needed a fast shutter speed. However I do like the way it turned out. I would love to recieve any constuctive comments you might have.

That is pretty well perfect to my eye.

You have the focus in the right place, the DoF makes the flower stand out and the background has good colour and interest.

Lovely shot.
