Experimental : summer in winter

My goal is a "summer in winter" or "winter in summer" picture, but I don't have software to edit pictures (have done this in MS paint :o )

Here are my pictures : summer (external link) & winter (external link). The angle of the pictures isn't the same, but let's try!

I was assuming you meant editing your photo..?..Here is what I came up with real quick..

I took the color picture and resized it to fit the same size as the cottage..I tried to blend some of the winter picture in with the summer, and not make it so drastic...Blurred some of the white areas in with the color, and copied some of the trees with snow into the color picture..

15 minutes in CS2, but a lot more fun and detail could be produced with full image files.
And the results would be equal to the time you would be willing to spend on image.
