Anchored well by the foreground rocks and perfectly exposed. This shot is killer to these old eyes. KUDOS bestowed.


Have plenty of Canons, enough ammo, enough to blow 'em to "L". Now, I just have to learn to aim.

Thanks, John! The shutter speed was 20 seconds. The aperture was f/9, and ISO 50.

Thank you! Trust me, I was thinking about what resolution to post, and decided to go with 1600x1049 px. For smaller monitors (17 and 19"), this image is probably too big and you have to scroll it through, but I think anything over 21" will display the image OK. Sorry about that. Here's a smaller version for you :):
