5D ??? High Megapixel like the Nikon 800

Here's the question, will Canon come out with a High Megapixel sensor like Nikon did, and incorporate it into a 5D ??? with it's great AF and high ISO thats now in the 5D III . If so, how soon.

46 MP, my computers groaning already :( I do think they have to out mega pixel Nikon, but the reality of storing those files.......... The main question though is how much ???
