The beanpole is gripped in my Left hand alongwith the flash bracket handle. (someone asked me how I use the bean pole
)

I was focusing on a bud honest- this is actually the camelia bush that all my recent fly etc shots have been from- it's the only bush in the garden that gets several hours of sun. http://www.flickr.com/photos/lordv/
