is that a bit of kitchen paper over the flash head?!
just had a look at your other pictures, contemplating the sigma 105 myself, you've got some incredible pictures there. the flash arrangement is quite interesting too, along with beanpole! simple but effective. well done

Nice to see you ...
thank you for the demo. I was wondering how you connected the outer shutter trigger to the camera's shutter system ..

Regards

Hi :)
Not sure I understand the comment- I've actually stopped using the remote shutter release, as the pole grip stops me rotating the camera when I press the shutter, besides which I kept on triggering the remote with the pole accidently :)

Thanks shiato storm

Yes there is a home-made diffuser made out of a plastic milk bottle, but I put on a layer of kitchen towel over the outside of that for extra diffusion. The wide angle diffuser built into the Sigma flash is also deployed.

Yes you get the main point. What I was asking about is how you connected this remote trigger to the camera shutter release system ?

Hi Ahmad,
The shutter release I was using was just a modded mobile telephone earpiece thing with 2 switches so it was wired and just went into the tiny jack socket on the side of the camera.
