Palos Verdes Coast - Need help naming!

I'm hoping for some inspiration on a name for this photo, from the Pescadero Trail area, in Palos Verdes , California. Any C&C is appreciated as well. Thanks!

I don't know about a name but the long exposure almost makes it look like the rocks are either slowly moving into or out of the ocean!
