I'm not a fan of switching lenses at the beach in fear of something getting inside and was going to rent something better than I have for a good friends engagement session at the beach. Could someone recommend a lens that would work well for this?

I use a 28-75 and generally stay at the longer end than the short side. Your style of shooting could be different though. My junk

Don't be afraid to swap lenses, but if you really are a quick jog into a store or even your car will be a safe place to switch lenses. - Alex Corona Sony A7, Canon 7DM2/EOS M, Mamiya 645/67
