Out of The Shadows- Chestnut Sided

I'm pretty sure this is a Chestnut Sided Warbler in fall color (or immature), at least based my Nat.Geo guide...feel free to correct me !
The lighting is harsh but I kind of liked the effect, certainly captures the "real world" feel of seeing these guys in the woods.

Thanks Al...it was around 9:00 am this morning when a wave of various birds moved through the woods I was exploring...for a few moments I was feeling rather overwhelmed with all the commotion (which way do I aim?)...this little fellow actually stood still amid the mad rush.
