Thought i'd share a great shot from this years LeMans Race..

Great shot. Shows once more that you don't need this best gear to make stunning shots (600D + EF 55-250 IS).

Do you remember what colour helmet Dave was wearing? Got a few of the JDM racer too

Snapped about 2700 frames in 3 days..

True... The 600D does the job perfectly, but I'm used to shooting with a 5Dm2... And I missed the full frame picture like crazy! The iso noise/shutter speed on the 600D is... Uhmm a pain in the neck!

But as you said... It did do the job!

Hes got a Navy blue Helmet with an Aussie Gold & Green stripe , diagonally from the chin up to the crown, then it runs around the top of the helmet, Aussie Gold n green...Pretty distinctive.
