I think this is yellowstone national park,Mammoth hot spring area. Excellent take.

Wow blow that one up for the wall, very interesting subject and the lighting is very balanced. How long was the exposure, any filters used?

Very nice shot.
I think its called minerva terrace in Mammoth hot spring.
In real life that place look like from outer world, much more dramatic than a picture can capture.

Nice area, although the sky wasn't cooperating much. I find the dry are at the bottom of the image fights with the rest of the image. I like to tightly compose images and would have removed the dry area from the composition.

Actually the photograph has been taken in Iran, a place called Badeb-Surt.
