Lovely image quality Lil.. a beautiful rendering of mother cardinal, especially with that BG...

I feel like the "prodigal son" returning to the forum ;) but this spring and summer have afforded me some busy times... hope to check in more frequently.

Al, thank you so much. That is a perch that sits atop my fence. You can see the greatest majority of it in this photo which is a composite of its two sides and a female Red-winged Blackbird on each. In the photo above we are looking at the perch from the other side.
