This is in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It's called the Peace Bridge. A lot of people complain about the tax payer's money but I think it's a great photo op location, as you can tell here. http://en.wikipedia.or​g/wiki/Peace_Bridge_(C​algary (external link))
