Aug 23, 2012 17:46 | #2 It's a good action shot. I would crop it much tighter, maybe switch to portrait to eliminate the spectators and empty stands. It also looks a bit dark on my screen, but that could just be my screen. It's a very good start. Soccer has a lot of action and can be difficult to capture. 7D, 70-200 L f4 non IS, 100 macro 2.8, 50 1.8, 18-55 kit

Shows up just fine on my screen! I hate photos too cropped though. I'm use to shooting skateboarding so I never crop tight. 5Dii Gripped | 7Ne | Canon 50mm f/1.4 | Canon 70-200 f2.8L | Sigma 35mm f1.4 A | Sigma 15mm f2.8 | Canon 430ex II x2 | Cactus v5's

What works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. As for the underexposure, you have a majority who say it's underexposed. I would venture to say your monitor isn't calibrated. http://emjfotografi.com/

Aug 24, 2012 16:47 | #9 ^^^Agreed. If you monitor is not calibrated it's probably too bright causing images to look underexposed while looking just right on yours. 7D, 70-200 L f4 non IS, 100 macro 2.8, 50 1.8, 18-55 kit
