Captains. When I spoke with the coach we were going to do Seniors, but then he was 100% sure that all the Seniors would be on the team for the entire year, but he knew the captains would be.

I would add a Black stroke / drop shadow with a hard edge under the text to make it stand out a little more.

I'm no designer so take this for what its worth..my two cents

I don't like the red tint in the background. I know they have red in the uniform, but the color makes it seem just a little feminine to me. It is probably just me, but that is the first thing that struck me when I looked at the poster.
