Trust me....I'm no expert. Try cropping some of the sky from the top of this photo to see if it improves the composition.

Actually i thought about it but i was after a dramatic sky as you can see in the sample image below but having a hard time getting the dark garage areas fixed properly.

I prefer the original to the other 2 edits in all honesty. It looks much more natural.

I darkened the blue areas and brightened the yellow areas.
