For those that wonderd what the 500mm comes in ;)

This was back in 2006 when i first unpacked my new toy. It was awesome to come home and see the box waiting for me :cool:

My most used lens and still flawless, after 6 years

The case is probably worth more than my camera, lenses and all the other stuff I have :)


Canon EOS 1000d /60d : 18-55mm IS kit lens. Canon 50mm 1.8 MK2. Tamron 55-200mm F4-5.6, battery grip to make my cam look pro..and 30mm Sigma F1.4 recently added

they weigh around 8lbs and I can tell you they get a bit heavy after holding up for about 30 seconds.
not heavy to hold, but heavy to hold STEADY.:cool:

Congrats on the lens. A lens of that size and quality always turns heads of anyone near it. It just spells PRO!!
