The 3 chick are now juveniles. able to fly further. They have been practicing the art of diving and catching a fish. The parents still brings fish to the nest but it's not as frequent at the past 2 weeks so it had become chaotic now whenever mom or dad brings fish. The young ospreys fight over food and soon they will be forced to catch fish for themselves.

#1 These juveniles are still not afraid of people, they fly very close as if showing their newly found (or learned) skills.

#5 This juvenile dove 5 times into the water I though she will drown. When she finally flew higher and very close to me I saw that it got a piece of wood.

SUPER series, Jo! Love seeing the orange-eyed juvies learning their way around. Mine have left the nest completely.

Thanks Ian, I think this week will be their last week so I'm going to maximize and try to get as much pictures that I can get. :)
