are you suppose to have the RBG settings or the CYMK color and also what bit when editing?

Don't bother wity CYMK unless you are working with a commercial offset printer for brochures, etc.

It is suggested that you work in 16-bit color and then output 8-bit RGB color files for sending to a printer
