The Sharpness canal runs parallel with the river Severn. In the 1960s they scuppered a number of boats along the banks of the Severn to help prevent the river eroding the banks and reaching the canal. The Severn estuary (Bristol Channel) has the second largest tidal range in the world so there is a lot of erosion here.
I took these on a walk today using my Fuji X10 and converted them with Lightroom 4 & Silver Efex.
