I downloaded Nik SEP2 (trial version) to use with Lightroom 4. I wanted to see if I could comprehend/utilize the program.

I get this notice every time I try to export:

Silver Efex Pro 2 crashed unexpectedly

Created a crash file info file (C:\Users\Tom\AppData\Local\Nik Software\Silver Efex Pro 2\CrashInfo.txt).
Created a dump file (C:\Users\Tom\AppData\Local\Nik Software\Silver Efex Pro 2\CrashDump.dmp).

Viveza 2 (trial version) seems to work just fine. Not so lucky with SEP 2.

Is anyone else having or had this issue? Is there a fix and if there is one what is it?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in. . .possibly even downloading it again, because it sounds like something may be corrupt in the program itself. Otherwise, I'd give the good people at Nik customer service a call, because it will probably take some troubleshooting.

Ditto
If reloading does not work, a call will make quick work of the issue.
Good luck, you are going to love the software.

just a few of my thoughts...

Yes, I downloaded again and reinstalled as well. I guess I will have to call them. Thank you for the input.
