No that's in camera. Only PS is some USM and contrast.

Her head is nearly at the upper right hand convergence, so its not too bad. Since you want to draw the person to the subject's head, a slight crop should fix that, but it's not too bad the way it is, because he head almost intersects in that convergence.

this photo is both captivating and really gross all at the same time.

which makes it great!

the smoke, the posture, the glasses.......anyone who thinks we'll ever go back to the 50s and live nice quiet suburban lives were young folk all said "yes, sir" and sat up straight to drink their whole milk better look at this photo.
