Well first of all, I don't want to start a brand war with fanboys. Please keep it serious.
That Camera is seriusly catching my eye. Manufacturer recognized weather sealed, cheaper WR lenses, more dynamic range against my 60D, I really like to lift shadows on my pics and better ISO sensor and all that for a (sub $900 dlls body) and of course a most affordable system overall.
But I don't want to leave Canon, the swivel screen of my 60D is a joy to use it for macro, the second hand market is bigger, more third party accesories, great color rendition for my post process style that means less work, I have read that AF on the Canon is better than the K-5 was...
BTW: dpreview just put the raws and I'm very impressed with the noise even at ISO 100 beats my 60D I'm not judging by the screens that dpreview I did download the raws and play with them..

To my untrained eye I can even say that's quite near the 5d3 not as good by not far..
So you think Canon will bring something to compete with that camera, or Pentax is not something Canon would care ??
Thanks..
