Thats the one. I pull old hard drives apart to get the discs out to use as coasters and the magnets for various uses.

The last hdd i had apart was from the 80's - a huge 20 MB. That's right you couldn't fit a modern raw file on it. It was something like 8 platters full height.

SHorty what confused me was the mylar conductor looked like a RF coil. The additional image area then began to look like what it was. I have opened many hard drives to destroy the platters before we toss them out. Thanks. No clue on this one yet:

That was my first computer, I was 9 yo though ;) "Press play on tape" - go away for a long while, comeback see if game has loaded, go away again lol.
