Nice shots ... at least he stuck around long enough for you to capture him. Our RTs around here are the most skittish I've ever tried to photograph.

Thanks for all the comments, this guy and I believe his sibling hang around a nest on the outskirts of town, when I drive by I look for them, they seem to be totally used to cars going by and are not bothered by looking up at them. Hopefully they will use the nest again.
