Hey guys , just wanted to share this set with you .

I've always been fascinated by the concept of double exposures that i recently decided to give it a go . Unfortunately my DSLR doesn't support in camera exposure blending , so i did it in Photoshop .

I wanted to keep things as natural as can be , that's why you'll find spots that could've been cloned out , healed or burned to get a perfect shot but perfection wasn't something i was going for , it was complete opposite that i sought .

Overdone ? Cliche ? may be :D but i wanted to try it .

Great idea. Care to share your step by step technique?

I don't really have a step-by-step technique , it's whatever i feel is needed to get the shot i have in mind . I guess the most important step to choose the two exposures , they have to really fit together in terms of exposure and contrast . I edit them to get the exposure that i need , then i blend them in PS , i try different blending modes and percentages to get the effect i want . I usually go with the overlay or lighten mode , and finally i open the shot in Alienskin Exposure to get the tones and contrast that i want .

One final tip , is to try and change the order of the two layers , sometimes it makes a great difference .

I hope that helps .
