I think I like the B&W version. I like the tones and contrast of it better than the color version.

Such a beautiful model... can you shoot her again? I like to see various scenes? I agree about the BW. It looks as if you had a bit of shake?

I like the BW better also, but it seems to lack a bit of sharpness. Nice comp and model looks great. Like her eye position and expression.

Agree with all above - More More! What (if any) did you do for PP (post-processing) It looks very natural. - Thanks for sharing

Think about NOT using the word "retarded" in a derogatory manner - it insults those who cannot defend themselves - and hurts the ones who love them. Please see: http://www.r-word.org/ (external link)

Fine model, beautiful shot, but I am not confident that in the color version the correct skin tone. I would like to shift balance white to warmer color. And in tone curves to work with the blue channel.
B/W the B/W the version for me is more best.

And I see the color version so

thank you, yes she is quite beautiful. I will post some more shots when I get a chance and link to them from end of this post so you are made aware. I have some BW shots of her with umbrella in the rain that are very good, I think you will really like them :)

thanks russ!
it is not as sharp as could be because I intentionally went for a softer look in pp. I like the shots of her sharp too but she just seems a "little too perfect" when she isn't softened a bit. She is extremely photogenic :)

when I get some more time I will post the sharp version for you.

Andrew, thanks for the edit! Her skin is flawless and very fair, definitely not tanned but she does look nice the way you edited her too.

Here I played with it some more to try to truly show her correct skin tone and also sharpened some to reduce the softness that others had noted. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Liquid Dark, thanks! I am glad that you were interested by my work. You have big advantage - you could see your model and its correct skin tone :). But this skin tone seems to me not absolutely natural, if only it not feature of the specific person. I think that softness for a female portrait it is good, but all should be reasonable. Sharpness it for a brutal man's portrait :). I think that the best it to make sharp hair and eyebrows and to soften skin. Approximately as here https://photography-on-the.net …=993866&highlight=old+men It creates more romantic image. Š¢hank you!
