not trying to be hard on you or anything but for some reason, all the pictures i've ever seen of you have a greyish state to them or seem too grey (either too light or not dark enough).... but great otherwise

its not how you take the picture, its the final result before editing.

: D Thanks, Les. "Wheels IS wheels", right? These guys don't take directions well, though.

Thanks, Rick! I lucked out on that location & late light time. They moved it off the apron for safety to wire up the pyrotechnics for the night show & I hustled over there to get the shot before they cluttered it up with their cars & crew.
I managed to get this wider "safety shot", too.

First one for me, the warm colours of the plane go well with the evening light.

Maybe next year, Les. I only had time to talk to the F4U driver for a minute this time.

Edit: Other threads from the weekend are...

Night Air Show - Alma, MI

Night Air Show, part #2. Aircraft & Fireworks... lotsa' fun?

F4U-5 Corsair

Night: The AeroShell Aerobatic Team's Gene McNeely in a AT-6 Texan.

Good & not so good luck at the air show. (Prop blur).
