I've had to call on new plumbers and one that have years of experience and their prices are consistent within a few percent. Some have the basic tools while others show up with the best tools one can buy. If you are going to call yourself a plumber they charge like they are a plumber. My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.
