Yep--focus is way off in 2--It's odd that you didn't catch this in the culling process.

both could be improved with a curve adjustment. The low contrast created by the glass + its reflection, needs to be addressed, I'd say (read: pull blacks down and / or push whites up).

you should have tried with a polerizer to reduce the reflections, did you?
