Sorry but I think you summed it up in your description, selective colour is very "Last season"

Sorry, there isn't anything to see in this pic. Just the back of a pink jacket. Sorry, it just doens't work on any level for me.

You did a nice job selecting the single color, but besides that there is really nothing special about it.

If you're looking for honest critique amongst your fellow photographers, you're getting it. There's nothing negative about this at all, but honestly, I don't see anything special in the picture either. I have no idea how the title relates to the picture and I don't even know what sport it is your shooting.

The only focus in this picture is the jacket. It could be a great picture in an inlay in a North Face catalog!

I take it the title means that she sucked all of the color out of the picture into her all pink jacket? I would probably had used a real sponge If you wish a critique on your selective color technique, you pulled it off, the jacket is pink and the rest of the snap is b&w.

By no means stop posting for critique. It's the only way to grow.
