With it being football season and having tons of HS football topics, do you all think it might be best to have an official topic? If you guys think so, this can be it or someone else can start it. High school football is my favorite sport to shoot and this is my last year as a HS dad. I'm taking in every moment I can, while I can. Here are a few from this weekends game. Big Bear won with a score of 48-28. #3 is my boy.

Exactly. There are just too many threads that get overlooked. If we could make just one I think it would really work well.

Kinda wish the background was cleaner, like no street lights, cars, etc.

Thanks! yours is great even with the background. it all works in my opinion. That sunset is killer and the flag waving is pretty cool.

The shots are looking great guys! There is a lot of good action posted so far.

There is one thing that I struggle with and that is the darkness inside the helmet. It seems to me the 7D really has a hard time with that. if I try processing that, I get noise. I wish I could bring up the dark faces better, like a 1D3 or 1D4.

Nice shots. Love the fan shot. Keep it going. Maybe we will make this thread sticky if enough folks post here.
