Hi fellow Canonians, I'm travelling to Switzerland on xmas day for 6 days. I was wondering if anyone who's from there or who's been there would offer me some advice on must go and see places for photos and must-do's

It's not a very long period but I'll try to make the most :)

Thanks folks!

PM me if you're interested, but my best friend is from Switzerland, and goes back to visit several times a year. He's actually there right now. He'd be more than happy to let me give you his number so he can talk to ya. I don't think there's anything he likes talking about more than Switzerland! :)

There's allways the North face of the Eiger.. maybe get some photos of a climber falling to his death.. :(

Don't forget some of the old farm buildings you see scattered about hide AA guns and entrances to tunnels.. ;)

I'm flying to Zurich first then try to make my way across the country to Geneva, that's the rough plan, hence seeking advice here on where to go and what to see :)

Lucerne, Grindelwald (for Eiger, Jungfrau) and Lauterbrunnen, would be my highlights.
