With all these sports starting up and all the talk on here of sports photography ramping up the last few weeks I felt the urge to get out and go shoot some sports, and this is what I could make work into my schedule. Also the first time I've shot sports in RAW, card speed was twice the camera write speed, and I learned to be careful about the motor drive very fast as after 6 images I had to be patient regardless of the action on the field.

Canon Xsi, 70-200 f4L.

I'd love some feedback, I think I'm going to try to make it to a few more events in the next few months I forgot how fun soccer was to watch. I'm not real happy about the backgrounds, if I shoot this venue again I may try and get to the other side to at least have crowd instead of signage, but that was the team side and access appeared to be quite restricted.

nice sharp pics, with the XSi's smaller buffer and FPS you do have to time the shots!
