I have reached the point that it is time for me to join CPS. If nothing else my Mark IV needs cleaning so the 2 free clean & checks for the Gold membership seems reasonable.

I go to https://shop.usa.canon.com …1&storeId=10601&langId=-1 (external link) at the direction of Canon technical support. I click 'create an account'. I get a 404 page not found error. I can back technical support. They have no idea how to help fix this.

I mean... really?

Yup, got the signup form right away. Could be they use multiple sites hosted in various locations in order to improve speed and the one I get is working fine. Try clearing your cache, etc.?

Well we figured it out. It does not work in IE9.

Shame on me for using IE9 I guess. It does work in Safari.

Think new Canon lenses are overpriced? Lots (and lots) of data will set you free!
