i shoot plenty on the streets and never been stopped in NYC. chances are wherever you are, theres 10 other people with cameras shooting as well.

Interesting terminology.

As a side note, two "members of the service" recently shot NINE innocent bystanders while trying to take down the gunman at the Empire State Building. NINE!!! Total incompetence.

My law professor always said - "It's not going to happen to me, because it's not going to happen to me" is not really a good plan.

Sorry, no. Their priority was to take down the shooter, which they did. Had they missed, or been killed themselves, THAT would have been incompetence. Bystanders are collateral damage, unfortunately acceptable. Easy for me to say because thank g-d I wasn't one of them.
