Welcome!!!!

Just to give you a simple way to post...if you can also include your EXIF( all the camera data that was with this photo) you will be one step ahead of the game:D Then folks here can figure out why it was out of focus and grainy. It gets better!;)

The first two I would chaulk up to learning the gear.

Last photo is much better, but the framing/composition is huge.You could crop to the top of the area just above the light in the center of the photo, eliminating the blown out sky. It's not that there is anything "wrong" with these, it is that you need to know what to change and what to keep doing;)

To comment on the last two you posted.
I think you have really nice composition with the accordion player. Just looks like you needed some fill light (with your flash) to get his face exposed properly. Also looks like your focus is little off (want it to be on his eyes)
The last shot looks nice and sharp, just lacks a central focus or a theme if you will.
Looks like you are off to a great start though.
