The white balance seems a little blue to me, was this the look you were trying to achieve?

I would fix the blue cast on the muzzle and other parts of the head, but the image itself is great.

It appears to be over-sharpened. Was the original a bit out of focus?

A rule of thumb I go by is "If you have to ask if it's to much PP, it usually is!"

I see the blue cast now, how is this adjustment?

Good job! Love the composition.

Few things though:
- Color balance seems a little of. I like the green better than the yellow
- Looks a little oversharpened to me
- Try doing something with the eyes. They're very bland now. Add a little pop. Remove the glare and give it a nice color! :)

The (camera) left eye bothers me. Sort of looks hollow.

If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?

Focus for me is on the center of the muzzle?

Thank you for you reviews, like always on this site the information posted is valuable and I can never learn enough. I have posted a couple more from a day at the dog sled races to hear your comments on these. I am trying to learn with each picture I take and unsure if I am heading in the right direction!

Nice shots , I like number 2. One thing I would recommend is try to get lower on the first shot type to bring the pupil to the center of the eye. Pupil position can change the attitude of the picture.

I'm a little surprised at the shallow DOF on the photo with the husky's tongue sticking out. f6.3 and it's razor thin. I know its shot at 190mm, but still... That entire photo looks a but soft. White balance looks great though.
