This isn't a spectacular deal like we've seen around, but if you're getting ready to order from B&H or Amazon it will save $200.

Digital Rev (external link) Mark III for $3239 + free shipping.

Sorry if this has been posted before.

Edit: I think they have pretty competitive prices on some items, but I haven't personally ordered from them.

Not a very good deal -- DigitalRev is Grey Market when shipped to the US.

You can regularly get authorized dealer 5D3 for $3149, and unauthorized dealer for $3097:

Hardly a deal when they can be had for under $2,800 at times.

$3150 does seem like the going price and speaking of Digitalrev they have the 24-70 II, http://www.digitalrev.com …24-70mm-f2/MTAwMDI5OQ_A_A (external link). They are usually more expensive because of the monetary conversion but they also spike the prices of highly sought after items. Something the big stores in the US normally do not do. There is no point for anyone outside of the HK and UK to buy from them unless you are desperate.

Hey bro, how so? I imagine that all of the sale prices are caused (somewhat) by retailers trying to compete with each other.

Digitalrev is almost always higher in price on hard to get items, they aim to do the public a "service" by buying up stock from. Other places and listing it on their site for a significant markup. Even if I lived outside the US I wouldn't give them any of my money.

Oh ok. I had read your post in a whole different context. I thought you were referring to the occasional lower price points on the 5D Mark III. Sorry!
