Samyang Tilt Shift 24mm (external link)

If it's as good as their 35mm f1.4 or 14mm f2.8, it will be a winner. If it's just a T-S version of their 24mm f1.4, maybe not so much.

The optical scheme of the new TS lens is very different from their 24mm lens, so it looks like a brand new design:

I would imagine landscape and architectural shooters would be VERY interested in this lens.

It appears to have similar specs to the Canon 24mm f3.5 TSE II: 11groups/16 elements, 82mm filter diameter, 12mm shift, 8.5degrees tilt and rotatable axis. One thing not mentioned in the specs is the diameter of the image circle. That diameter and the construction quality will be critical.

If the pricing is over 1k, it would be a tough decision since the version 1 24mm TSE is in that price range.

Assuming the quality is high for this lens, if they market a 17mm f4, they will raise a few eyebrows at Canon/Nikon.
