Green Heron Series

It was a very lucky day for me. I went to the lake hoping to take pictures of the kingfisher. An older gentleman and an experienced birder was also at the lake and told me that there was a green heron seen the previous day. So we walked slowly to look for green heron and indeed, the heron was patiently waiting at the end of the boardwalk. I guess food was the priority that's why we were able to get very close.

The 1st 3 pictures are big crops, these were the 1st set of pics we took because we don't know how the green heron will react.
