This is fantastic news. Focus peaking is at the top of my list. Can't tell you how many videos I have going in and out of focus due to me having no idea where the focus is, while using an open aperture.

One question Alex. Do I need both a CF and SD card in the camera, or can I boot using the SD card as well as store/save images and videos onto the SD card?

You can use a single card, no problems, but the recommended way is with a small SD and to save pictures on CF.

I been using 2.3 version for T2i and 5D2. Those folks do an amazing work.

I see it in the photo, but it was not mentioned... This allows AF point spot metering now?

I may have to try when released!
