Brown truck was an hour behind. Wow. Lens looks great, well built.:D Only thing is the numbers are reversed 24-12. Thats not a big deal, but will take some getting used too. It is dark now, but I can't wait to fire off some shots tomorrow. Just in time for some great Christmas pictures.
Thanks for all the comments, tips and information posted to help me make my decision for a wide angle lens.

Merry Christmas to all!!

Don't forget to show us. I'm interested in that lens but too poor to buy it. I'll have to live through you!

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

It was $472 out the door of B&H. I like the fact that it also came with the hood and the 10-22 doesn't

I just bought the 10-22 and it also just came today. We will have to compare photos. Also looking forward to having fun with it.

Actually I believe you can from what I read, it just is so wide, it vignettes. The mount is the same though.

shes knocking the 10-22.... =)

Even tho my 10-22 didnt come with a hood, and was more expencive. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. The optics are amazing for a lens like that.

Hope you have good luck with your tokina.

Im not knocking on the 10-22. I just think for the money when you compare the two lenses side by side. The tokina is just as good glass wise and seems to have a better build than the canon. I like to get the most bang for my hard earned bucks...=)
