I had a great night at the paralympics, which was a celebration of peoples abilities, rather than their disabilities. There were a couple of world records broken, several games records set and almost every competitor seemed to be setting a new personal best.

I'm glad to see someone posting these here.
A friend competed in archery in London, the training she commits to is as challenging as "traditional" athletes go through.
